To keep our platform affordable and manage the immediate costs associated with web hosting and domain registration, Weaveform maintains a strict refund policy.


1. No-Refund Policy

Please note that all payments made to Weaveform are non-refundable. This includes:

Subscription Plans: Once a billing cycle has begun, we do not offer pro-rated refunds for the remaining time.

Domain Charges: Domain registrations, renewals, and transfers involve immediate, non-reversible costs with global registries and cannot be refunded once processed.


2. Why You Should Contact Support First

If you have a concern about a charge on your account, please reach out to our support team before contacting your bank.


Important: Avoid Filing a Chargeback

Per our Terms of Service, filing a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank has serious consequences:

Administrative Fees: You will be held responsible for the extra administrative fees and collection costs incurred by Weaveform during the dispute process.

Service Termination: Initiating a chargeback may result in the permanent suspension of your website and domain services.


3. Subscription Cancellations

You can prevent future charges at any time by cancelling your subscription through your Weaveform dashboard.

Effect of Cancellation: Your service will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period.

No Future Charges: Once cancelled, you will not be billed again.
