Domain Troubleshooting Guide

Domain Troubleshooting Guide

If your domain isn't working as expected, please check these three common issues:

1. Check Your Site’s Publication Status

Changes in the editor do not go live automatically. You must publish your site for it to be visible on your domain.

How to fix: Click Publish at the top right of your site editor

2. Verify Domain Expiration

If your domain has expired, your site will go offline.

Check at Manage Domain that Domain is Active and Expiration Date has not been reached.

Note: If you just renewed an expired domain, it can take up to 48 hours to come back online (propagation).

3. Confirm Your Premium Plan is Active

A domain can only stay connected if you have an active Premium Plan subscription.

Check at Manage Subscription that Expiration Date has not been reached.
