To ensure your website and email stays online and are not interrupted, all domains are set to Auto-Renew by default.

How to Check Your Domain Status

You can view your current domain details at any time:

1. Log in to your account.

2. Navigate to the Manage Domain page.

3. View your Expired Date.

How to Get Back Your Domain

If you cancelled your domain and want to reclaim it, you can try to register your domain again if available.

How to Turn Off Auto-Renewal

If you do not wish to renew your domain, you must cancel your domain before your next billing date. Please note once your domain expires, both your website and email (if applicable) will be unavailable.
