Managing Your Account Settings

To update your contact details or security settings, first Log In to your account, click the Profile Icon (top right), and select Edit Info.


How to Update Your WhatsApp Number

You can change the number customers use to contact you by following these steps:

1. Locate the Phone Number section.
2. Enter your new WhatsApp-enabled number.
3. Click Update.

Important: After updating, go to your public website and click the WhatsApp icon to send a test message. This ensures customers can reach you successfully.


How to Change Your Password

To keep your account secure, you can update your password at any time:

  1. Scroll to the Change Password section
  2. Enter your new chosen password
  3. Click Change Password to apply the changes
