Resetting Your Password

If you have forgotten your password or are having trouble signing in, you can reset it in just a few minutes by following these steps:


1. Request a Reset

Go to the Sign In page and click the link that says Forgot password


2. Enter Your Email

Type in the email address associated with your account and click Send. This will trigger an automated email containing a security code.


3. Check Your Inbox

Look for an email from us containing your OTP (One-Time Password)

Tip: If you don't see the email within a few minutes, please check your Spam or Junk folders.


4. Verify and Create a New Password

Return to the website and:
  1. Enter the OTP code from your email
  2. Type in your New Password
  3. Confirm your New Password
You can now log in using your new credentials!
