To prevent your website from going offline, we begin processing renewals 14 days before your plan or domain is set to expire.
Why do we charge 14 days early?
We attempt the payment early to give you a "safety window." If there is an issue with your credit card (like an expired date or insufficient funds), you will have plenty of time to update your payment details before your service actually expires.
What happens if a payment fails?
Expiration: If the payment is not successful by your official expiry date, your Premium Plan or Domain will expire the following day.
Service Interruption: Your website will no longer be accessible to the public until the payment is resolved.
How to stay protected
Please ensure your payment information is up to date in your Stripe account. Then attempt to renew again:
