Your first yearly Premium plans come with a free domain voucher as a gift. If you don’t see a voucher in your account or couldn’t apply one to your purchase, it is likely due to one of the following reasons:
1. You are on a Monthly Plan
Free domain vouchers are only included with yearly plans.
Monthly Subscriptions: If you chose to pay month-to-month, your plan is not eligible for a free domain voucher.
The Fix: If you upgrade your current monthly plan to a yearly plan, you will typically become eligible for the voucher at that time.
2. You Bought the Domain First
Vouchers cannot be applied retroactively.
The Rule: You must purchase the qualifying site plan before (or at the same time as) registering the domain to use the voucher.
Refunds: We cannot offer refunds for domains purchased before a site plan was active.
Good News: If you already have a domain but just received a voucher, you can still use it to register a second domain name for your business
3. Your Voucher has Expired
Domain vouchers usually have an expiration date (typically 2 months from the date of your site plan purchase).
