Removing Security Warnings (Phishing & Malware)
If your domain was previously used for malicious activity before you registered it, browsers may display a Dangerous Site or Deceptive Site Ahead warning. You can clear these warnings by following the steps below.
Step 1: Check if your domain is flagged
Malware Warning: Means the domain was flagged for spreading malicious software.
Phishing Warning: Means the domain was flagged for trying to steal user information.
Step 2: Request a Review
Since your Weaveform site is new and secure, you simply need to ask Google to re-evaluate the domain. Fill out the appropriate form below:
For Malware warnings: If you have
Google Search Console set up, go to the
Security Issues report and click
Request a Review.
Step 3: Wait for Clearance
Phishing reviews usually take about 24 hours.
Malware reviews can take up to a few days.
Once approved, the red warning screen will automatically disappear for all visitors.
