Removing Security Warnings (Phishing & Malware)

If your domain was previously used for malicious activity before you registered it, browsers may display a Dangerous Site or Deceptive Site Ahead warning. You can clear these warnings by following the steps below.

Step 1: Check if your domain is flagged

Confirm if Google has flagged your site by using the Google Safe Browsing Site Status tool.

Malware Warning: Means the domain was flagged for spreading malicious software.

Phishing Warning: Means the domain was flagged for trying to steal user information.

Step 2: Request a Review

Since your Weaveform site is new and secure, you simply need to ask Google to re-evaluate the domain. Fill out the appropriate form below:

For Phishing warnings: Fill out the Report Incorrect Phishing Warning form.

For Malware warnings: If you have Google Search Console set up, go to the Security Issues report and click Request a Review.

Step 3: Wait for Clearance

Phishing reviews usually take about 24 hours.
Malware reviews can take up to a few days.

Once approved, the red warning screen will automatically disappear for all visitors.
